Melanie Rosenblatt, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Rosenblatt is board-certified in addiction medicine, pain management and anesthesiology. She received her BS and MD degree from SUNY at Stony Brook and completed her training in Syracuse, NY. She has been providing interventional pain management and addiction medicine services since 1995. She has authored several publications and has served as an expert witness for the DEA, FBI, DOJ, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies and many law firms. She is the former chief medical officer of iRecoveryUSA and continues to work closely with them in her new role at MARI.

John Croyle, PA-C

John Croyle is a certified physician assistant. He received his BA degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University, followed by a master’s in health science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He has 12 years of experience in treating patients with addiction issues. He provides at-home detox and induction services, as well as continued MAT for our patients at MARI.

Wade Bayless, PA-C

Wade Bayless is a certified physician assistant. He received his BS degree in nutrition from the University of Florida, followed by a master’s in physician assistant studies from Lincoln Memorial University. He provides at-home detox and induction services, as well as continued MAT for our patients at MARI.

Sarah Solodkin, PA-C

Sarah Solodkin is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She received her BA degree from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Barry University in 2010. She has been practicing medicine since in other fields but has 10 years of experience serving as a Physician Assistant in Addiction medicine and Psychiatry. She provides at-home detox and induction services, as well as continued MAT and psychiatric services for our patients at MARI.

Claire Dannewitz

Claire is a Patient Care Representative who enjoys helping others on their path to a healthier lifestyle. She is commited to volunteering in her community, loves reading and the ocean. Her personal experience with addiction gives her insight and compassion while helping patients at MARI.
